For today:
- I will remind myself often that I am part of the flow of the Universe both within and surrounding me. I am supported.
- I will address emotions that arise in a timely fashion. There are very few situations that would actually prevent this.
- I will nourish myself as I require.
- I will remain in the present moment and observe its truths with unconditional love.
- I will open myself to receive miracles in ways I recognize as well as ways I don’t.
