‘Ask and you shall receive.’ Or something like that.
But how many of us actually do ask for, or receive, what’s necessary for our experience?
How many of us straight-up say out loud what we want?
And how about all of the complaining about how things are never what we want or need?
Here’s the thing…
If you don’t ask directly and with imagined intent, you get nothing. OR you get what others don’t want. You get what they pass over and cast off to you. You become the dumping ground for the world’s past moments and items… the scraps. You get what you can scrounge and settle for less-than.
‘One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.’ Or something like that, I guess.
This way of moving through life involves a lot of effort put in to getting a lot of resources that are unnecessary for you.
So instead of settling for whatever the Universe happens to kick our way, let’s go into 2024 asking for the kinds of things that bring us genuine joy and excitement. Let’s recognize the opportunities we DO have to choose our very best options. Let’s trust that what’s for us- what we want and ask for- will find us.
It all starts with defining what we want to accomplish. We need to be excited and passionate about something.
My 2024 goals are:
- Facilitate 240 Reiki sessions (240 hours)
- Curate a Human Bridge Energetics course
- Write a book
With goals defined, we can brainstorm what to deliberately ask for. Think of all of the resources that would make these goals more straightforward to achieve.
My Universe requests are:
- Clients who are looking for Reiki sessions
- Clear content to flow onto the page in front of me
- Attention from a beautiful audience to consume my content
- Space in my schedule that allows me to connect with inspiration to flow through my work
Co-creation involves the conception of imagination and inspired action. There are many ways to go about this, but what I find works best is defining what you want and asking for resources that feel relevant and helpful to your unique situation.
Ask.
Then trust that what is for your highest imaginative self will find you in the present moments throughout the year.
All of the very best to you this coming year!
Stephanie
